Positive: Beautiful setting, nice home.

Negative: There was no heat in the house, and it was colder inside than outside. This was not at all clear from the description presented online. There was a fireplace, but the owner said we would need to find our own wood. After 2 days, we wer so freezing that we asked for some space heaters, and he came and found some wood for us. It was still extremely cold, because the space heaters did not work well, and the fireplace did not vent properly. There is very limited hot water available. One person may be able to get a shower with hot water, but the others will have to wait a few hours until hot water is restored. While the view from the property is beautiful, there is ccmplex system of gates that need to be locked, latched, and relocked each time you come and go. The nearest town is 30 min. away. There are some nice beaches nearby. The host instructions indicate that we needed to take the trash to town to dispose of it. Very inconvenient, especially when we were leaving for the aiport early in the morning, and the list of instructions we received upon arrival stated that we would be charged rather exhorbitant fees if we left any garbage in the house.
