Summary: Room was clean and well kept. Front desk staff were friendly. Encountered two significant issues. First one was at check in. We arrived more than 2 hours after the check in time and were told our room wasn't ready yet, and that we were to wait in the lobby until it was. The lobby was not air conditioned, and being a hot day, it was not a comfortable wait. Second issue: when our room was ready, we were told it was located on the other side of a restaurant next door, with access to the room through a very narrow, dark alleyway behind the restaurant. Oh, and there was no parking on that side of the motel. So our car was parked on one side, and we had to carry all of our stuff through the alleyway to the other side to get to our room.
