Located in a quiet cul de sac, this lovely newly renovated villa is constantly maintained and improved and provides high quality accommodation and outstanding views from the covered terrace, sun terraces and the roof terrace to the sea on the south coast at Binibeca, Cala Torret, a popular family destination. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a good breeze from the sea most days.
This compact property is ideally suited to two couples or a family with 2 to 3 children. It can accommodate 8 on request (and on payment of a modest supplement) but 4 to 6 guests is ideal.
The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk downhill to the coast and to the safe and sandy Binibeca beach which has a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks throughout the day. It is possible to hire parasols and sun loungers here and the swimming and snorkeling from here is excellent. En route to the beach is the marina at Cala Torret and the popular Bar Paupa and Binibeca Diving. Kayaks and Paddle Board can be hired from the cove in front of the villa.
Whether in the open plan living space, the kitchen, the covered terrace or sun terraces, it’s hard to escape the captivating views of the Mediterranean. Its elevated position means that the property also benefits from a steady sea breeze on most days.

You are never more than a short walk from the beautiful white sandy beach at Binibeca, Bar Paupa at the Marina or the many bars and restaurants at Cala Torret. There is also a well stocked local supermarket and bakery.
