Summary: Room was excellent as always, staff lovely, everything was perfect except the AC was unable to make cold air. Likely the usual EU problem of being "disabled" for winter when in theory not needed. The only problem being that with the AC off the room sits at about 30 degrees even when it's below 10 outside. Luckily the window could be opened but that means a lot of noise and light. A disappointing item that makes a big difference to the experience.
