Positive: This is the second time I've been to this hostel... and what I honestly liked most was the super polite and helpful service from the guy who is from Egypt, only he... besides being clean, congratulations to the cleaning staff too... in short, I'll be back

Negative: I have no criticisms... they renovated the reception desk which was a bit old 2 years ago and everything is ok... just some constructive criticism

Summary: Education and great service from the guy from Egypt, I don't remember his name, but congratulations
