Summary: The place is lovely, and the cottage was very charming, but I felt like the place needed a better clean, especially considering the price. The drying rack in the kitchen had a grime build-up, and the shower floor was quite grubby. I also noticed some hair on the floor under one of the beds, and the vase was hiding an ant family that came out during the night. The sofa could also do with an update, as the seat cushions were really misshapened, and not comfortable to sit on. Otherwise, it's a really lovely setting, and I enjoyed the privacy combined with a feeling of safety.
