Positive: very spacious apartment, 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living makes it good for 6 to sleep. location is 2 minutes walk to colosseum, restaurant and supermarket just downstairs. comfortable and clean beds, linen and comforter. it's in a residential building, which is also reasonably clean. Very good value for money. host was a very kind lady.

Negative: it's on level 2, little effort to climb up with luggage, utensils and dishes are aged and chipped crockery, need replacement. a bit of renovation on cabinets and center table would make it an excellent place to stay.
