Positive: A perfect location — within minutes you can reach Villa D’Este, Residenza Gregoriana, or the Temple of Sibyl. And the excellent Sibylla restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has a distinctive character, reflected not only in the rooms but also in all its common areas. A major advantage is the private parking located directly beneath the hotel. A small but delightful touch is the welcome coffee served in the beautiful courtyard with its original stucco decorations. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the breakfast. Wonderfully presented in a cozy, beautifully decorated room — with alpaca cutlery, creative arrangements, and delicious food. We’ve enjoyed many excellent and lavish breakfasts, even with champagne or prosecco, in five-star hotels — but they all pale in comparison to the magical morning experience of the absolutely extraordinary breakfast at Residenze Gregoriane – Residenza d’Epoca. It alone justifies the higher room rate — it makes the hotel truly atmospheric and unforgettable.
