A luxury villa in a fantastic location only 450m from the beach and 200m from the centre of Santa Eulalia. The location couldn’t be better, within a quiet residential area and just a few minutes stroll into the centre of Santa Eulalia with its restaurants, shops and of course the beach!
The swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m is surrounded by lawns and terraces where you will find sun loungers and parasols as well as a raised platform with a swinging chair for lounging.
The fully enclosed gardens also include a wonderful covered terrace, with dining table and chairs for eight/ten people, outside lighting for al fresco evenings and a gas BBQ.
Inside, the ground floor is open plan with high ceilings and a feeling of light and space throughout. There are large glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and the outdoor dining area, while the open stairs lead up to a galleried landing overlooking the lounge. There is also a guest WC.
