Here, you can learn the way of “la dolce vita” with peaceful meals outside while enjoying the private swimming pool and watching the day go by. At the same time, you will be within a short driving distance (30 minutes) from the beautiful sandy beaches of Tuscany, such as Marina di Bibbona, with miles and miles of sandy beach. The town of Cecina is only 20 minutes drive away, and there you can find a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and more.
The villa develops over two levels and 600 square metres, and it can host 16 people in two apartments, each with 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 5 extra beds can be added for a total of 21 guests. The two apartments are independent, but can be connected by an inside staircase.
On the ground floor, we have a large living area with sofas, TV, dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. From the ground floor we have direct access to the terrace.

Outside, the property offers a private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.5m deep; open from April 15 to October 31) that is also heated and fenced, making it ideal for families with small children. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun lounges (8) and 8 lie-lows. There is a covered terrace with large table and chairs for al-fresco meals.
