This exclusive rental within Seawood Estates sits on over an acre of beautifully landscaped property with large deck area (some covered) as well as private direct access to the New London Bay waterfront.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large gourmet kitchen for the cook(s) with gas range, double ovens, granite counters, dishwasher, bar sink, island and nespresso coffee maker.
The kitchen/dining area is open to the great room with cathedral ceilings, walls of windows to sit back, relax and take in the water views and sunsets with the option of turning on the two sided fireplace on cooler evenings.
The principal bedroom has a 5 piece ensuite bath, walk in closet and opens out to the deck with views to the water. There are 3 other good sized bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen beds and a 4th with twin beds), a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and a 2 car garage.
Other amenities include wifi, TV, games and 2 kayaks for paddling on the bay.
While wonderfully quiet and private, this property is only a 5 min drive to the Cavendish National Park with its famous sandy beaches, there are 5 Golf Courses within a 15 min drive (8 within 30 min) and there are restaurants, bars, a lobster pound, antique stores, theme parks and shopping in the area.
There are sea-doo, paddle board and kayak rentals within walking distance of the cottage.
