Unique two island cottage living room, kitchen and bathroom on one side of the island with separate bedroom cabin on other side of island. Bridge joining islands with 2 decks overtop of water and 2 docks. Electricity with air conditioning and 55 inch tv with movies, and a couple tv channels. Full indoor and outdoor stereo system with Bluetooth. BBQ, outdoor stove with indoor stove and microwave as well. Fully supplied kitchen and fridge. Excellent swimming, kayaking with 4 kayaks available and city beach a 5 minute boat ride or 15 minute kayak ride away. Texas horseshoes and other games available. Parking is a 5 minute boat ride away. Incinerator toilet for no smell and simple push button use. Full outdoor shower with electic hot water tank. Good fishing throughout Lake. 12 foot aluminum boat with electric engine included that will get you to parking area and back easily. If fishing for extended time however recommended to rent a 2025 Yamaha 2.5hp engine for the boat for an extra fee. Also hourly rental with driver included for a 2023 Seadoo Switch for touring, tubing or water skiing available as well for extra fee. Simply a very scenic, restful area with activities to do at your leisure.

Summary: This place is an absolute gem! Paradise on earth. Your own island in the middle of a beautiful lake. Peaceful, cozy and comfortable. The decks are amazing to sit on and bask in the sun and swim off. The surroundings are magnificent and the cabin is cozy and the view through the large windows surrounding the lake is wonderful. The owners and great and accommodating. I highly recommend you book a stay here. Worth every penny and you won’t regret it.
