Positive: Location is stunning, staff was really nice.

Negative: It was exrtremely dirty everywhere. Breakfast tables were disgusting, they would clean with an old rag between people using them. Overall, the place is beautiful with a lot of potential but it's not really taken care, it's dirty all over. Not in your face dirty but overall not very clean.
