Summary: The location, views and apartment is really good. There are however some maintenance issues that need to be attended to. The balcony sliding door didn't lock, the water from the shower still ran out under the door and there was the first sign of cockroaches. I would suggest a fumigation regime as this is common in shared utility systems. The maintenance issues did not not dampen our stay as it is still a lovely apartment in a safe environment. We would return
