Summary: It was a very strange stay. We arrived late, around 11:30 p.m., and the staff seemed annoyed by our arrival. They gave us a room, but when we got to the door, there was a “Locked Room" sign hanging on it. We opened the door anyway because we had just checked in, only to find that the room had not been cleaned—the bed was messy, and there was still garbage inside. I went back to the front desk, and the receptionist sent another staff member with me to check the room. As soon as we entered, he asked me to wait outside. I could hear him talking inside the room, as if he was trying to wake someone up. Then he turned off the lights and closed the door so I couldn't see what was happening. It really made me wonder if someone had actually been staying in the room they had assigned to us. They eventually gave us a different room for the night, which was fine. Overall, the staff seemed somewhat confused, although they did try to help resolve the situation. The hotel displays a 4-star rating at the entrance, but in my opinion, it doesn't come close to that standard in terms of service or amenities. I would rate it as more of a 2-star hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was good.
