This finca is located near the beautiful coastal town of Porto Cristo which is in the municipality of Manacor. The finca is in an absolutely quiet location, with beautiful, wide views over the countryside. The house Vista Alegre located above can also be rented via Finca Mallorca and then also offers additional space for groups.
First floor:
The large and bright living, dining area has a cozy sofa corner and a dining table. In a small, inviting adjoining room there is another seating area in front of a beautiful fireplace. Next to it is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a pass-through window. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, two have two single beds each (90 x 200 cm), the third room contains a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom en suite with shower. The other bedrooms have a bathroom with bathtub.
Outdoor area:
There are various outdoor seating areas around the house. There are two furnished and covered terraces with seating where you can also eat outside. One of these terraces is located by a small house by the pool and has a brick barbecue. There are also sun loungers and a cozy seating area by the pool. The garden with its large lawn offers plenty of space for younger guests to play and the trees provide shade even on hot days.
Pool:
9 m x 4.50 m, stair access, cleaning with chlorine, sun loungers. A fence can be attached to the pool on request.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning on request (15€/hr). The service is payable in cash on site.
