Summary: Exceptionally well trained and managed to superior client service. The bathroom in our 2 level suite was useful to Americans that like enclosed showers. The garden was screne. The included Spa access was another highlight with both steam and sauna. The breakfast was as advertised "farm to table". Every day we looked forward to the specialties. The direct room views of the Duomo are outstanding. The price / value is in line with expectations. I will definately stay at this facility again.
