The spacious 4 acre property is in a park like setting of juniper, cedar, pine and arbutus, creating a sanctuary experience, perfect for families or friends to enjoy. The property offers waterfront and private beach access, making it easy to launch a kayak or canoe. There are 2 proper bedrooms and 2 pull out couches to add 4 people to make 8 people in total. The downstairs pull out has a curtain to block space and make it private with its own dresser. It also has an extra couch living room and a dining area.
