Positive: Thankfully the young lady solved our problems with no air movement in our original room due to the AC not being able to be turned on. She moved us to a room that had room circulation due to more windows. Also the breakfast buffet was AWESOME! P ROBABLY ONE OF THE TOPTHREE IN A MONTH IN ITALY!

Negative: NO air circulation in the room very stuffy.

Summary: Due to the help of the lady at the desk our stay was good.
