Summary: Adequate accommodation. My main criticism is that the room rate was similar to the rate that I paid for a far superior room in Osaka. The Ouchi is in a somewhat remote location that was difficult to find on a dark evening. No staff was present. Several aggressive « Strictly Prohibited « signs greeted us. The spartan, small room was reasonably clean. Our wet clothing from a rain downpour could not be dried because the dryer was out of order. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable. The room charge should have been half of what I paid. Quite disappointing.
