Positive: Spacious, modern and large open areas for kitchen, eating and relaxing. There's a large balcony overlooking to the west, and Nazaré coastline. We were on the 3rd floor with a helpful elevator. The upper terrace is also available, although we didn't use it as we were not sure if they were condo-unit specific. This Marvista Residence, actual namesake, is located almost at the end of a local road, high above Nazaré to the south. These rental condos are property managed. Not a bad thing! Instructions and info was provided by email or text msg with no actual contact with someone. In this day and age, and type of accommodation, it was pretty straightforward. Parking at the complex was plentiful (at this time of the season). Pool was available but way too cold to use even when sunny. We were about 8 minutes away from the downtown cores of either Nazaré or Sitio (where the waves are viewed). A couple of minutes more to the north and you're shopping for daily requirements at Continente, Lidl or Aldi. Lots of options for the best pricing for all your meals should you choose to cook or prepare your own. We always had breakfast at the condo. So... We had to buy coffee pods for the Nespresso-type coffee maker, which we preferred. Also paper towels (0.99€ @ Continente) to complement the two dish towels provided. There's a dishwasher with 3x detergent pods. Water supply at the kitchen sink was extremely weak, but dishwasher and bathroom were OK. Known issue by management btw. No laundry facilities although there was a foldable crying rack in the unit. Some other misgivings would have made our stay exceptional such as extra towels (two sets of two towels for two people over 5 nights), better instructions on how to use the appliances (stove, dishwasher), mini-split systems (2x), and shared info on the use of toilet blinds for all the windows and doors. We found manuals luckily in our language, but this was not communicated to us.

Summary: Super contemporary and efficient but not sure it's the 8th Wonder
