Positive: We (family of 4) stayed here for one night on a train trip through Italy. The lady who let us in was very helpful and friendly. Apartment is spacious and clean. Perfect location.

Negative: Neighbors are incredibly noisy until very late. Fridge wasn't working. No toilet paper.

Summary: Great location, noisy neighbors.
