Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: this is a very quiet townhouse complex, there are strict quiet hours after 10pm and absolutely no hot tub use between 10:00 pm and 8:00am is allowed. This is actively enforced by security and not just on a complaint basis. The fine for using the hot tub after hours is hefty and if you are being noisy in the hot tub after 10:00 pm you get TWO fines for breaking quiet hours and hot tub complex rules. The same goes for smoking - absolutely no smoking anything, anywhere, including the outside decks, pathways or around the complex.
