Positive: a beautiful flat inside, very comfortable and plenty of crockery, cutlery, towels, toiletries, etc. An excellent location close to all the amenities that San Sebastian has to offer. In addition, the team at Moneo were extremely helpful, looking after luggage, welcoming and very helpful with keys, suggestions, etc. They are to be commended.

Negative: We were disappointed that the advertised photo of the outside does not show the view (lack of) from all windows. The photo shows a large window/frontage looking over the street. It does not accurately show the location of the flat which is at the back with 3 windows looking down the channels of the other flats which are in close proximity. The weather was very hot (great) and hence windows were open. This resulted in waking in the mornings to hear the 6 floors of flats in their bathrooms, with open windows. Also during the night. It was also unpleasant to wake in the mornings to the smell of greasy cooking. Once it finished from one window it came in from another.

Summary: Disappointed, would not have stayed if we realised where the flat actually was
