The modern finca is located just outside the coastal town of Porto Cristo, which belongs to the municipality of Manacor, and is in the immediate vicinity of beautiful beaches. High ceilings and large windows offer charming and elegant living comfort. The large garden with pool is a paradise for young and old.
First floor:
There are a total of three bedrooms on the first floor of the finca, each with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower. Like the rest of the house, the large living/dining room is very modern and stylishly furnished. A seating area with comfortable sofas invites you to get together and there is a fireplace for the colder days. There is a large dining table with chairs in the middle of the open-plan room. The high ceilings make the room seem even larger than it already is. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the terrace.
Second floor:
The upper floor consists of a large, open bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm). The room has a private roof terrace with seating and beautiful views.
Outdoor area:
There is a fruit and vegetable garden at the rear of the large property, which is tended by the owner himself. Depending on the season, there is fresh fruit and vegetables for the guests of the finca. The finca also has an enclosed area with chickens and ducks. There is a cozy lounge area with shade on a covered veranda right next to the pool. A large dining table with chairs and a brick BBQ area make spending time outdoors a special pleasure. The finca is located near very beautiful small sandy coves and beaches, such as Cala Romántica and Cala Varques. The finca is located approx. 100 meters from a country road. Depending on the wind direction, road noise can be heard.
Pool:
3.50 m x 10 m, depth: 138 cm, stair access, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower by the pool, cleaning with salt.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning on request (15€/hour), change of bed linen and towels on request (100€). The service is to be paid in cash on site.
