Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Spacious apartment. Kitchen with basic but sufficient equipment for short stay and occasional cooking. Nice separate bedroom. Not too far from city center (30min walk) but it's better to take a bus (very close to a bus stop). Some shops and cafes nearby to have a breakfast.

Negative: Urgent maintenance needed for some basic and easy to fix things. Otherwise the apartment can deteriorate quickly - fix shower cabin handle (it was completely loose) - fix toilet desk (it was loose on one side) - install some hangers / rails in the bathroom - there is no place to hang a towel It becomes hot inside in the afternoon (western windows exposure). Air conditioning would be a good investment.
