Positive: It is well situated right in front of the Meitetsu train lines and JR Nagoya Station. It has a underground walkway from the hotel to these and shops- good for windy cold rainy sunny weathers. Lots of food options around too. Room is clean and bed / pillows comfy. Shower great.

Negative: Random - mug had a strand of hair in it.
