Positive: Friendly team, clean rooms, nice onsen facilities.

Negative: On comparison with other hotels, this hotel is very over-priced. The rooms are OK, clean and mostly comfortable, but you can't open the windows and the layout felt cramped compared to same size rooms elsewhere. The big letdown was breakfast. We only purchased brekky one morning, and wish we hadn't. It's a very awkward space not designed for breakfast buffey at all. And the food was the worst we'd experienced in three months in Japan. Such a shame.

Summary: Overpriced.
