Villa Roberta is surrounded by the olive groves of a the estate. It’s a unique, refined and welcoming place, born out of passion for hospitality and out of beauty.
The villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and reveals its attention to details and to the choice of materials used: beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, a monumental stone fireplace that stands out in the spacious living room in perfect Tuscan style.
The villa is on 3 floors: on the ground floor a large living room with a library corner, a leather couch, armchairs and a large table for family dinners.
Next door, the kitchen is equipped with all mod cons and with a decorated built-in surface and a fireplace. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with shower or tub, furnished with bedcovers in brocade and lace made by the finest Florentine craftsmen.
On the lower basement floor you will find an amazing games room with a French pool table, a poker table, a wet bar with minifridge, a reading area with comfortable leather armchairs, a coffee table, bookshelves, Satellite TV and board games for children and adults.
Adjacent to the games room there is a fitness room with a treadmill, gym machinery and a small sauna for 2 people. Private laundry.
Outside the villa there is a wonderful porch, the ideal spot to spend summer evenings where you can arrange dinners with family and friends.
