Summary: Clean, spacious modern rooms. Space to unpack bags though this was a little sparse for 2 people on a 1 week ski trip. Onsen is amazing. Staff are friendly and courteous. They speak little English but not a problem with apps. Could use more dining space as we always had to make a reservation for dinner in advance. The food was pretty good though could use more variety.overall a pleasant stay. Not much variety in ski terrain as lots was closed off due to avalanche risk. Safety is important.
