This beautiful house is the ideal place to enjoy your holidays in the city of Palma while revelin in the tranquility of its location. Outside, the beautiful chlorine pool stands out, measuring 6 x 3.5 meters and which depth remains at 1.60 meters. The terraces offer space for sunbathing and you can also enjoy your lunch and dinner alfresco. You can cook on the gas stove outside or grill on the barbecue. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The 2-storey house retains many details from yesteryear and is well equipped. There are two living rooms, one with sat TV and the other where the dining area stands out. The kitchen has an induction cooktop and another table for breakfasts. There are 6 bedrooms in the house. The first 3 are on the ground floor: one with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, another with a single bed (without window), and the last with 1 double and one single bed -the last two share a bathroom with a shower- . On the first floor there are 3 other bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and 2 with a double bed each, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor, where we also find the washing machine. The house is equipped with oil central heating and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Palma de Mallorca, very close to the bus and metro stops and with a quick and easy access to the highway that will take you to all the points of the island you wish to visit. In addition, the basic services for an independent stay are also very handy. In the capital, the historic center and the cathedral are a must visit. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni, but you can also go to Can Pastilla where in addition to the sun and the sea there also is a great summer atmosphere.

The old wood burning cook stove and fireplaces cannot be used.
