Positive: Proximity to the station.

Negative: The check-in system by tablet kept in a padlocked box is complicated and cumbersome. The camera on the tablet didn’t work initially and we only checked in successfully because another group of guests were able to help us translate with the remote management assistance.

Summary: Getting access into the room was unnecessarily stressful.
