Summary: The basement apartment was clean. There was a nice full kitchen. There was a welcome basket with snacks, fruit and some breakfast items. As soon as you enter the bedrooms there is a strong perfume scent coming the bedding. It was very bothersome. We washed the sheets twice but the perfume scent lingered so we had to buy some sheets. There’s a school nearby that restricts daytime parking. We were advised we could park across the street but the spaces available were taken most of the time which made parking challenging.
