On two floors connected by a staircase, the apartment consists of: 1 comfortable living room which leads to a small but well-equipped kitchen; 3 small bedrooms, both with double beds, 140 cm wide one of which situated on the first floor with a small private bathroom with no shower, the other on the ground floor; 1 attic room with 2 single beds; 1 large bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom on the ground floor has a small cabinet and hangers for clothes; the one on the first floor has two closets; the attic room with two beds has three cabinets with shelves, doors or drawers. The property includes: the entrance courtyard, with two comfortable wooden deck chairs with cushions, a granite table and folding chairs for outdoor dining; a veranda which can be accessed from the bedroom on the first floor, with stone bench with cushions and a comfortable lounge chair in fabric. There is also a barbecue which is located in the closet of the courtyard.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, two wicker chairs and two upholstered wicker chairs. The washing machine and the clothes horse are located in the first floor veranda.
