Positive: Pool on site, delicious hot breakfast, quick access to the nearby hockey arena, friendly staff on site.

Negative: The heat in the rooms did not go up from 16 past 18 degrees even though we turned the dial multiple times to 22. The pool’s location next to the back doors makes no sense. Our hair froze walking to the elevators. The amount of water out of the pool around the pool area was insane. They also didn’t seem to have any pool towels for guests. Saw a bug crawling on the floor of our bathroom and didn’t sleep well.

Summary: Need to show people how to heat the rooms!
