Both are equipped with heating, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and stereo system with CD player, automatic gate, parking and a large, independent garden. In the villa, the bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the farmhouse is air-conditioned (in the sleeping area).
