Old peasant farmhouse, extremely panoramic position overlooking Trasimeno Lake. The old farmhouse, a typical example of rural architecture of the previous century, has recently been scrupulously renovated transforming it into a comfortable holiday home. Its position, at the top of a hill covered by olive trees and overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is incomparable. It is all that one could wish from a holiday home: the peace and tranquillity of the countryside together with the cool breeze from the lake below.
The lake, the beaches and the water sports. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno where, apart from enjoying the hot summer sun, you can also do water sports like sailing and wind-surfing, are visible from the house and only a short drive away.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by ancient olive trees equipped with garden furniture, table tennis and there is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 1,20-2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with a wonderful view. On both sides of the house there are two large first floor terraces with a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and can be used for al fresco eating or as a sun terrace. The villa has been furnished with period furniture and is extremely comfortable. At full guests' disposal Satellite TV, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, iron.
FIRST FLOOR: access via a traditional external stone staircase with loggia, made up of a sitting room with fireplace, sofas and TV, kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms with shower one of which with washing maschine. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and mezzanine with access to a typical panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Two Double bedrooms and twin bedroom. From the kitchen and the sitting room access to a large terrace (60 sqm) partly covered and equipped with table, chairs, sitting area in wicker furniture, swing seat and barbecue.
