Positive: The apartment was lovely, with a great view and ample space for the three of us during our two-night stay. We were fortunate to have excellent weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy the garden and terrace areas.

Negative: The apartment was generally well equipped; however, not all of the advertised amenities were provided. There were no toiletries available apart from hand soap, and no hairdryer was supplied. This was not communicated to us upon arrival. After washing my hair, I contacted the host to ask where the hairdryer was located, as I had been unable to find it. I was informed that the previous guests had broken it and that a replacement had been ordered from Amazon, although the host didn't know when it would arrive. As the host lived upstairs with her family I asked if there was a hairdryer I could borrow but I didn't receive a response to this message. When we departed the following morning, the host explained that she had only just seen my message. When hosting guests, it's important to keep an eye on messages during their stay. Our welcome pack consisted of three bread rolls. While not expected or specifically promised, small touches such as providing milk on arrival would have made the stay feel more welcoming and comfortable. Overall, while the apartment itself was attractive and well located, we would not choose to stay again as we did not feel that guest comfort and attentiveness were a priority.
