Positive: the apartment had 2 airconditioners and a washing machine. lots of storage

Negative: there were no cushions on the outdoor setting which made it difficult to sit on. the shrubs were over hanging the outside sitting area and you couldn't sit there without being poked by the bushes. there was no where to leave our luggage at checkout as we weren't able to have a late checkout. initially we were told yes but the we were then told to leave by 11.00am. i left the keys at reception as per the check out instructions but the cleaner couldnt find them. i was then contacted, accusing me of not leaveing the keys, which i had. i then had to give detailed instructions back to the women on what i did to show how i had left the keys. very stressful. there was no information given on which tram to take and the caretaker had no idea where the restaurants were or the canals of navigli, not very helpful.

Summary: ok but 12 days in milan is too long
