Positive: Staff were helpful and friendly.

Negative: We stayed for 4 nights but they only did housekeeping for the first night. For the remaining days, they did not clean up the room at all. They only left a bag of clean towels for onsen/bathing and toilet roll at our doorknob.

Summary: Definitely room for improvement.
