There's a BBQ & a private balcony overlooking the city with ample onsite parking in a quiet, convenient & safe neighborhood only minutes to downtown Vernon. We are less than a 10 minute walking distance to the hospital & less than a 10 min drive to Okanagan & Kalamalka lakes & 25 min drive to Silver Star & 30 min to Kelowna Int'l Airport. Guests will have their own private backyard and covered patio area with a BBQ as well as their own private front balcony with fantastic city and mountain views of Vernon and surrounding area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and lots of closet space, plus one fold up rollaway cot if needed. In the bathroom, pamper yourself in the large soaker tub or in the gorgeous shower with a rainfall shower head and jets. For those with a culinary touch or desire, delight in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with small appliances and cooking essentials. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic city view from the breakfast bar, dining table, living room or the large covered deck. There is air-conditioning, your own washer and dryer and the open concept living room has a large TV, WIFI, gas fireplace and large desk area. There is also a city bus stop nearby just around the corner. We are also located not far from the Vernon Jubilee Hospital and the Mission Hill Park.
