Molino Felice is a charming property, ideal for family or friends who want to holiday together but retain some independence and privacy. The property consists of 3 separate apartments which can sleep up to 12 people. The extensive grounds and private pool guarantee a relaxing break in this beautiful region of Italy.
The 19th-century buildings are built in the traditional Tuscan style with lovely terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. Two of the apartments are in the main building but not connected from the inside. The third is in the separate barn. The flat on the ground floor (3 steps to access) consists of a large living-dining room, a service bathroom where there is a washing machine, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchen. On the first floor (13 steps outside) there is another living-dining room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom; a double bedroom also with an en suite bathroom and another double bedroom with twin beds and an independent bathroom. The barn conversion is accessed via a private terrace that leads into the kitchen. Two steps down lead to the living-dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people, plus a bathroom with shower. Upstairs (17 steps) there is a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.
The kitchens are equipped with gas and electric hobs, electric ovens, Mokka coffee makers, fridge-freezers, ovens and dishwashers.
The villa’s private gardens are fully fenced making them safe for children and pets to play freely. The swimming pool is fenced off and includes sun loungers so guests can watch children whilst they swim. The swimming pool dimensions are 12m x 6m, 1.40 m deep.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms on the property. Three bedrooms have double beds. Two bedrooms have two single beds.
Bathroom
The property has seven bathrooms in total. Six bathrooms are appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC. The 7th bathroom is a service bathroom with a washing machine, bidet and WC.

The villa is in the heart of Chianti, only 8 minutes from the lovely hill town of Civitella in Val di Chiana. All the gems of Tuscany are within easy reach, from Arezzo (30-minute drive) to Florence (1-hour drive), Siena (45-minute drive) to the charming town of Cortona (50 minutes). For pure relaxation visit the thermal springs at Rapolano Terme just 30 minutes from the property. For those who loves wine it’s possible to attend to wine tastings in the near Chianti villages like Gaiole (45 minutes) and Radda in Chianti (45 minutes). Gaiole in Chianti is also the starting point of one of the most famous bycicle race of the world called “Eroica” while in Radda in Chianti hosts the “Chianti Ultra Trail” race.
There are many excellent restaurants close by but if guests are keen to cook for themselves, the local markets are not to be missed. Arezzo’s weekly market is on Saturday in Viale Giotto and Siena’s market, one of the largest in the area, in La Lizza Park, takes place every Wednesday morning. Alternatively, there are supermarkets and grocery stores with 20 minutes drive from the villa.
The closest airports are Florence, 1 hour and 5 minutes drive, or Perugia, which is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
