Positive: The villa itself is a very nice, rustic old building. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, and the location is nearly perfect.

Negative: The downstairs shower drain must have been blocked as it filled up quickly and took 30 minutes after each shower to drain. There was also a foul smell at various times, particularly in the upstairs. An additional fridge, perhaps in the pantry, would be ideal for large guest parties as the current one, while large, is not quite big enough for 7 or 8 people (especially given that the tap water cannot be drank in Sineu). One of the bedrooms is not air conditioned. Double glazed windows on the road side of the villa would cut down on the noise from the busy road.
