Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location of the hotel is good. That was my main reason for choosing it. The JR station and the Narita skyliner Ueno station is only a few mins away. There are a lot of souvenir shopping stores and walk Izakayas right next to the hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. The onsen is nice. Its good for a short stay.

Negative: The rooms seem a bit dull and although most of the place is clean but the curtains in my room were a bit dusty.
