Summary: We were somewhat disappointed at our arrival at Donna Nobile. The check in was just a desk in a bare room and a very perfunctory welcome given. The room we were sent to had no decoration and did not look like the photos. The toilet seat was cracked, the shower area leaked quite badly, and we were given paper cups for our cups of tea. It did sour our enjoyment of San Gimignano.
