Summary: We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, there was garbage left on the kitchen counter and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned — there were hairs in the bathtub, on the floor, and in the toilet. Even worse, there were hairs on the bedsheets, which was very unpleasant. Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged, and when we contacted the host, his response was dismissive. He told us to use the bathtub for dishes and wasn’t apologetic or proactive about fixing the problems. Only after we escalated to VRBO did he then say he would come the next day to unclog the sinks.On top of that, the towels smelled unpleasant when wet, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the host did eventually fix the sinks, but overall the cleanliness, comfort, and lack of care made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this property.
