Summary: This was indeed a comfy guest house! The owner was lovely, she gave me a tour of the facilities on arrival and was kind enough to arrange a late check in with me due to my flight's arrival time. She also pointed out the local convenience stores and supermarkets which was super helpful as a newbie to the area. The guest house's location is great. It's a reasonable walking distance to the Dundas Eaton centre and well connected with streetcar routes less than a block away. The bed was very comfortable, although showing its age a little. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom seemed recently renovated and the shower was excellent. The only downside is the area's old plumbing which prevents toilet roll being flushed down the toilet, although the owner has measures in place to make this as painless as possible. All in all I would recommend this location, especially for the price paid. I would happily stay again if I was in the area.
