Positive: Gracious hotel with spacious comfortable room.

Negative: The marketing featured a pool. This influenced us in booking. The pool is no longer there. Concierge not always in attendance and not consistent with hours advertised.

Summary: Comfortable stay, however best to have your own to access most facilities.
