The space
Enter the villa from the impressive covered terrace into the hallway which has a bar for welcoming guests. This then leads into an open plan lounge, dinning and fully equipped modern kitchen which has an american breakfast bar and seperate utility room
All 4 bedrooms are situated on the upper level, three of which are double and have magnificent views and one which has two single beds and space for pull out bed or cot, it is east facing,sunny and bright.. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space and all have bathrooms, giving all guests their own privacy.
The outside area has everything from chill out areas to wonderfull outdoor entertaining and living spaces , these include a covered lounge seating area, dinning area , there is also a separate purpose built summer kitchen incorperating bar & gas bbq,all the equipment to make an authentic paella, kitchen sink and fridge. There is also a seperate toilet and outdoor shower not to mention the magnificent designer swimming pool with martini seats and plenty of space for everyone to have a sun lounger.
The entire villa is air conditioned and has under floor and pool heating for winter renters, it also includes WiFi , satellite TV, and off road secure parking for two cars
Also included in the outdoor entertainment are beach chairs and loungers, beach games,bags and cooler bags, golf putting game and golf clubs if needed and numerous floatations.
