Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. The facilities were above other hotels, especially the spa.

Negative: The cleaning was not done properly. Sometimes I believe they didn't even hoover the floor, not to mention washing it. The food was bad. The choice was bad and the quality wasn't great either. No seafood, no salads, barely any fish, depending in the day. They had a salad bad where you could make your own, where you could find low quality tomatoes and some pickles, but I am referring to the restaurant menu. For €11.000 for 7 days(26.12-02.01.2026) we expected at least the New Year's Eve meal to be better. It wasn't.
